Announcing 2011 Women History Makers and Honorable Mentions

Leadership Tuesdays' goal is to provide a platform for a variety of voices and resources to develop, encourage, and strengthen women leaders.

She also held leadership positions at General Mills and Kraft.  In a short interview, she talks with the Washington Post's Steven Pearlstein about the skepticism as well as opportunity you face as a CEO without a history in the industry. (See the video here.)
