Ann M. Fudge, a Washington D.C. native, is the former chairman and CEO of Young & Rubicam. She also held leadership positions at General Mills and Kraft.  In a short interview, she talks with the Washington Post's Steven Pearlstein about the skepticism as well as opportunity you face as a CEO without a history in the industry. Hello Everyone,

Happy Thursday to you!  I believe everyone gets annoyed with liars.  But, do you have the skills to spot one, a real good one?  In this week’s Leadership Tuesday's video, “Liespotting”, from author, Pamela Meyer, she gives clues on how to tell when someone is lying.  The objective is "...moving from liespotting to truth seeking to trust building."

Also, in April Kelly Green shared a series of stories about the “Single, Successful, Mature Women’s Dilemma”.  Several courageous women who are struggling to realize their dreams of having a family and children told us their stories. In the most recent blog, a single mom, who read Kelly’s story, tells her story of going on the motherhood journey alone.  Read, enjoy and feel free to give your feedback.
